DMCA & Copyright Policy
Important: All videos and images you see on this site are not hosted on this server. They are sourced from third-party, non-affiliated video or image hosting platforms.
This page explains how we handle copyright complaints for linked or embedded media on this site.
1. Content Hosting
This website does not host or upload any videos, images, or other media files on its own servers. All content accessible through this site is either:
- Indexed and linked from publicly available sources such as search engines (e.g., Google, Bing), or
- Embedded or linked from third-party, non-affiliated video or image hosting platforms (for example: Wolfstream, Vidguard, Upnshare, K2s, Imagebam, picstate, Pixhost).
2. Embedded Content
Embedded videos and images are streamed directly from the original third-party, non-affiliated video or image hosting servers. We do not own, control, or manage these files and cannot remove them from their original source.
3. DMCA Removal Requests
If you believe that your copyrighted video, image, or other media is accessible via this website (through a link or embed), you should contact the third-party video or image hosting service where the file is stored.
Examples:
- For a Vidguard video, submit your copyright claim via Vidguard’s DMCA process.
- For an image hosted on Pixhost, file a removal request directly with Pixhost.
Once the third-party hosting service removes or disables access to the content, it will automatically be unavailable through our site.
4. Good Faith Takedowns
If you still wish for us to remove a link or embed from our site directly, please provide a valid DMCA notice that includes the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (name, description, or a copy/URL of the original work).
- The exact URL(s) on our website containing the link or embed that you want removed.
- Your contact information (name, email address, phone number).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review and, where appropriate, remove the link or embed in good faith.
